Terms of use

These terms apply to PriceMove, provided by Web eMotion SRL, Rue Maurice Brancart 21, 7090 Braine-le-Comte, Belgium (company number 0500.497.531, VAT BE0500.497.531) (“we”). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

PriceMove reads public product pages you add, records prices, promotions and availability, and notifies you when they change. We check pages at regular intervals, respect shops’ robots.txt rules and rate limits, and may be unable to read some shops.

No guarantee on prices

• Prices and availability can change between our last check and your visit. The shop’s own page is always what counts.
• We try hard to read the right version and price, but mistakes happen. Please report them with “Wrong product or version?”.
• Alerts may be late or missing, for example when a shop blocks automated visits. Don’t rely on PriceMove for time-critical purchases.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Use PriceMove for personal price tracking. Don’t use it to overload shops, resell data, or get around our limits.
• The free plan has limits (currently 5 products, daily checks, the last 1 months of price history). We may change limits with reasonable notice.

Premium

• Premium costs the price shown before you pay. It is billed in advance for each period through Stripe, our payment provider, and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices include VAT. [Invoicing details]
• You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan. Premium then stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If a payment fails, Premium stays on while the payment is retried. If it can’t be collected, your account goes back to the free plan.
• Back on the free plan you keep everything you track, but you can’t add products above the free limit, and price charts show the free plan’s history again.

Shops and links

PriceMove is not affiliated with the shops you track. Purchases are between you and the shop. Some “Go to shop” links are affiliate links: the shop or an affiliate network may pay us a commission when you buy. This never changes the price you pay, and the product page says when a link is an affiliate link.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions made on the basis of prices shown in PriceMove. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence.
